Michael was born in Albany, New York. Michael graduated from Hartwick College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. Thereafter, Michael went on to Albany Law School where he graduated cum laude. While at Albany Law, Michael was a member of Albany Law Review, as well as the President of Albany Law’s Criminal Law Society. His paper discussing the procedural flaws of international tribunals was published in International Law Studies, an independent academic forum. Michael was also an active member in moot court and a semi-finalist in the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trial Competition.
Since graduating law school, Michael has litigated complex personal injury cases and helped recover millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. He has practiced law and assisted clients across the country, including New York, New Jersey, Florida, Ohio, and California. At Ruvo Entertainment, Michael provides various legal services, including contract drafting, review, and enforcement, business entity formation, negotiation, mediation, intellectual property registration, licensing, and optioning, and general legal consulting.
Michael is admitted to practice in New York State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
